Bringing back the ITU Brick session!
In place of the swim today, we have a special workout planned! We will have transition racks set up at Dollman Beach so we can run through a traditional ITU bike/run workout.
Workout: Bike 10mi on A1A (5 out and 5 back) - Transition at Dollman Beach - Run 1 mile along the sidewalk (2 laps). Repeat this as many times as you'd like!!
We will have water and ice for everyone during/after the workout! This is a great opportunity to practice your transitions and speed through a quick workout! Hope to see you there!!!
